The provision of your personal data is voluntary; however, the provision of the required personal data is necessary in order to process your order;
The personal data provided will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing services, handling orders and responding to enquiries;
Categories of personal data include, amongst others, first name and surname, telephone number, email address, postal address, and data specific to the order or service;
We do not pass on your personal data to other organisations or companies, with the exception of the courier company should the Buyer choose the courier delivery option.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as the controller has a legitimate interest in doing so, unless you object to the processing of your data;
Your data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organisation;
You have the right to access your data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, and the right to data portability; the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal;
The data you provide will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling;
The data is obtained from the data subjects themselves;

A User is any natural person with full legal capacity, or any legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, who uses the Online Shop.
Data is processed at the Seller’s registered office, the address of which is set out in point 1.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
The Data Controller makes every effort to ensure that Users’ data is secure. Where the purpose of registration is to purchase goods from the Shop, personal data is processed to the extent necessary to fulfil the order placed.
If a User consents to subscribing to the Shop’s newsletter, their personal data will also be processed for the purpose of sending informational or promotional materials.
You may withdraw your consent to subscribe to the Shop’s newsletter at any time by sending an email to: biuro@marpur.pl
When placing an order or registering on the Shop’s website, Users are asked to provide the following personal data: first name and surname, postal address and delivery address, telephone number, email address, and, if the User requests a VAT invoice, the details necessary to issue it, such as company name, registered office and VAT number.
Providing the above data is voluntary and requires the User’s consent; it is necessary for the fulfilment of the User’s order. Failure to give consent to provide the above data prevents the User from registering with the Shop and making purchases of goods offered by the Shop.
Every User has the right to access their personal data and the right to correct it, as well as the right to request that its processing be ceased and that it be deleted from the Seller’s database.
Acceptance of this Privacy Policy implies acceptance of cookies. These files are essential for the Shop to function properly and may also be used to collect general statistical data on the use of the Shop. Cookies are harmless to your computer and the data it contains. For them to function correctly, your browser must accept cookies and allow these files to be stored on your hard drive. In order for the Seller to fulfil the contract correctly, Users’ personal data may be disclosed to other entities to the extent necessary, in particular to courier companies – should the Buyer opt for delivery by courier. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the transfer of personal data to the aforementioned entities.
The website has been designed so that it can be browsed without the need to identify oneself or disclose personal data. A User who decides to provide their personal data can be assured that this data will be used solely for the purpose of processing their order or, if the User has previously given their consent, to subscribe to informational or promotional materials. The Seller collects and analyses data other than personal data solely for the purpose of assessing how visitors use the website, in particular to analyse the website in terms of its user-friendliness, functionality and effectiveness. This is intended to enhance the appeal of the content and products featured, and to improve the user experience on the website. Personal data is used to offer products and to better understand Users’ needs. This information enables, in particular, the processing of orders and transactions, as well as the provision of technical support.
The Seller declares that it does not sell, lend or lease Users’ personal data to third parties. The Seller reserves the right to send unsolicited messages to individuals whose contact details it holds and who have given their consent. The term ‘unsolicited messages’ refers to information relating directly to the website, newsletter, services and products (e.g. changes, internal promotions), and non-commercial messages (e.g. greetings, personal comments, etc.). The Seller will not send advertisements to Users, with the exception of occasional information about promotions. Any User who has created an account on the Shop may request its deletion at any time by sending an email to biuro@marpur.pl. The account will be deleted immediately upon receipt of the User’s request, but not before any outstanding orders associated with it have been fulfilled. All of the User’s data will be deleted, and their email address will also be removed from the database. It is not possible to restore such an account. In such a situation, making a further purchase in the Shop will require the User to re-enter the personal data necessary to fulfil the order.
