Mattress construction:

1. ANTI-ALLERGENIC COVER

A quilted cover with a sewn-in zip, allowing for easy removal and keeping the mattress clean. The cover can be washed at 40°C. It is made from the highest quality materials with anti-allergenic and anti-fungal properties. The cover features visible embossed patterns, which give the mattress its distinctive look. The fabric ensures adequate ventilation and proper air circulation, and is resistant to pilling and stains.

It is made from a fabric certified as flame-retardant. This is an excellent solution for those who value high safety standards. The fabric has been tested in accordance with flame-retardant standards, meaning it delays the spread of fire and does not sustain combustion. The cover is also pleasant to the touch, breathable and hypoallergenic, and its fire-retardant properties do not compromise sleeping comfort. An ideal choice for hotels, guesthouses, public buildings and homes where user safety is a priority.

2. CLIMATE-REGULATING FIBRE

Sewn into the inside of the cover. It gives the mattress the right amount of springiness and softness and has sweat-absorbing properties.

3. HR FOAM 

HR30 (High Resilience) foam is a high-quality, highly elastic foam with a density of 30 kg/m³, characterised by above-average resilience and resistance to deformation. Thanks to its open-cell structure, it ensures excellent ventilation inside the mattress, which has a positive effect on sleep hygiene and prevents the build-up of moisture and the growth of bacteria and dust mites.

Compared to standard polyurethane foams (e.g. T25), HR30 foam reacts more quickly to body movements, adapts better to the body’s shape and distributes pressure evenly, reducing pressure points. Once the load is removed, it immediately returns to its original shape, which significantly extends its lifespan.

4. COCONUT FIBRE MAT

A natural 1-centimetre layer made from natural coconut fibres. It increases the mattress’s firmness, improves its durability and enhances air circulation. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, protecting against damp and dust mites. 

5. FELT

Protects the springs from wear and tear. It adds firmness to the mattress and protects against moisture penetration and bacterial growth. It acts as a stabilising layer and increases the product’s durability. 

6. POCKET SPRINGS

18-centimetre springs, also known as pocket springs, in which each spring is housed in a separate fabric pocket. They operate independently of one another, providing targeted body support and a perfect fit to the body. This system supports the spine and reduces pressure on the joints, ensuring a healthy night’s sleep. 

7. FELT

The second, lower layer separating the springs from the foam. 

8. HR FOAM 

The second, bottom layer of polyurethane foam, 3 cm thick 

9. ZIP

A sewn-in zip that allows the cover to be easily removed and washed, and helps keep the entire mattress clean.

Mattress dimensions may vary slightly due to the elasticity of the materials (+-3cm).

Once the mattress has been delivered and unpacked, we recommend placing it on the bed and waiting 48 hours for it to take on its proper shape and firmness.

Due to the availability of materials, the pattern on the cover may differ from that shown in the photo, but the cover will possess the described properties.
