Mattress construction:

1. ANTI-ALLERGENIC COVER

A quilted cover with a sewn-in zip, allowing for easy removal and keeping the mattress clean. The cover can be washed at 40°C. It is made from the highest quality materials with anti-allergy and anti-fungal properties. The cover features visible embossed patterns, which give the mattress its distinctive look. The fabric ensures adequate ventilation and proper air circulation, and is resistant to pilling and stains.

It is made from a fabric certified as flame-retardant. This is an excellent solution for those who value high safety standards. The fabric has been tested in accordance with flame-retardant standards, meaning it delays the spread of fire and does not sustain combustion. The cover is also soft to the touch, breathable and hypoallergenic, and its fire-retardant properties do not compromise sleeping comfort. An ideal choice for hotels, guesthouses, public buildings and homes where user safety is a priority.

2. CLIMATE-REGULATING FIBRE

Sewn into the inside of the cover. It gives the mattress the right amount of bounce and softness and has sweat-absorbing properties.

3. VISCO FOAM 

Visco foam reacts to body temperature and pressure – when warmed, it becomes more malleable, softens and moulds precisely to the user’s body. This allows it to distribute weight evenly across the entire surface of the mattress, relieving pressure on sensitive areas such as the shoulders, hips and knees. Once the pressure is removed, the foam slowly returns to its original shape, which is why it is often referred to as ‘memory foam’. Its main advantages include relieving pressure on the spine and joints, and preventing the formation of pressure sores. 

4. FELT

It protects the springs from wear and tear. It adds firmness to the mattress and protects against moisture penetration and the growth of bacteria. It acts as a stabilising layer and increases the product’s durability. 

5. POCKET SPRINGS

18-centimetre springs, also known as pocket springs, in which each spring is housed in a separate fabric pocket. They operate independently of one another, providing targeted support for the body and an ideal fit. This system supports the spine and reduces pressure on the joints, ensuring a healthy night’s sleep. 

6. FELT

The second, bottom layer separating the springs from the foam.

7. T25 HIGH-ELASTICITY FOAM 

T25 foam is a classic 3cm-thick polyurethane foam characterised by good resistance to deformation and a breathable structure. Thanks to its versatile properties, it ensures a comfortable night’s sleep and stable body support. It is hypoallergenic and safe. An excellent choice for those looking for a reliable foam at an affordable price. 

8. ZIP

A sewn-in zip allows the cover to be easily removed and washed, helping to keep the entire mattress clean.

Once the mattress has been delivered and unpacked, we recommend placing it on the bed and waiting 48 hours for it to take on its proper shape and firmness.
